Meanwhile House Cardiff is a two-storey creative business hub established in August 2016. It provides 66 self-contained spaces ranging from 50 to 1,000 sq ft, including artist studios, offices and maker cabins. Facilities include communal kitchens, a shared meeting room, breakout areas, a welcoming lobby, free unallocated parking subject to availability, and secure indoor bike storage. General building access runs from 6:00am to 11:45pm seven days a week, while maker cabins have 24/7 access. The community includes photographers, ceramicists, graphic designers, illustrators, writers, chocolatiers, musicians, therapists and accountants. The site is approximately a six-minute walk from Cardiff Central Station and seven minutes from Cardiff Bus Station.
